I personally guarantee all our products to be of the highest quality workmanship. If you are not completely satisfied with your order I want to hear from you. Every item is made with care right here in the USA so if something went wrong I want to know about it so I can get you a replacement.
If there is a problem with your order, please contact me immediately. I will gladly replace any items that arrive broken, damaged, or with a defect in workmanship. I can also help track missing orders.
To request a replacement please email me at Hannah@ScriptureDesigns.com - Be sure to specify your order information and describe what is wrong with your item. As soon as I have a chance to look over and approve your request I will ship your replacement item(s).
Please Note: I do not accept returns of custom designed products that I make special for you.
I am happy to take returns of normal inventory items (not custom made for you). In order for a return to be accepted and a refund made you must contact me within 60 days of receiving the item and your item must arrive at my warehouse in new condition. Be advised that I do not refund shipping costs at this time. Store credit equivalent to the purchase price will be issued as soon as I receive and process your return.
To make a return please email me at Hannah@ScriptureDesigns.com - so that I can provide you with a return number which must be included in your package. Please pack your return carefully. Only items that arrive in new condition will be credited to your account.
