Our Guarantee, Replacement and Return Policies.


Dear Customers:

We stand 100% behind our products and guarantee that they are high quality. We are confident that you will be pleased with the items you order. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we want to know about it. We have listed the product details for each of our components on the About the Products page. Any questions you may have should be answered there.

If there are any problems with your order, please contact us as soon as possible - within 30 days. We will gladly replace any item that arrives at your home damaged. Please email us at mail@scripturedesigns.com with your order information and a description of what is wrong with your order. We will do our best to make it right.

We are happy to take returns, if they arrive back to us within 30 days of when you received them. We will refund you the price of the item you have ordered if it is returned to us in new condition. PLEASE NOTE: we will not be refunding you the shipping price. Please email us at mail@scripturedesigns.com before you return an item. We will email you a return slip which must be enclosed with the return. Please package the return carefully as it will be inspected when we receive it. Only items that arrive in new condition will be refunded.
